French Meat 2 Updates

Tedd is working on some map updates now that people have played through most of the episode and provided feedback.
There will also be a SURFACE.DAT included so the custom textures will have a proper sound and interaction.

If only DOSBox wasn't this heavy and frame rate hungry... it especially makes some recently created maps not all that enjoyable and even close to unplayable.
Personally I'm quite conservative about it, I'd rather like to see Blood stay the way we came to know it back in the late 90's.

Wasn't there a conflict between VC and BAT files that are using the CALL command or something? For those who do not know, CALL is used to jump to subroutines (other BAT files) with arguments from the main BAT file. CP exe is only installing the CP files and then runs Blood, the exe can not pass user arguments (the default arg's are: -ini cryptic.ini -nodemo)
Only if one makes one's own BAT installer it is possible.
