Re: RTCM Site Search
Few things that I can suggest.
Why you use DuckDuckGo instead of Google? It's little known search engine and when I see "In partnership with Yandex" it was a big "no" for me. Don't use Yandex or any it's services. Trust me, it's not even worth to try. But it's my personal opinion, so I don't want to force you to change it. But this search engine didn't work without JavaScript. Here is a code from my site to use Google.com (I change it for you) - you can try to test it if you want, works even without JavaScript enabled:
"form" and "input" tags are mandatory and you can remove or change anything else as you want.

Re: RTCM Site Search
Thanks.
I'll have to look up out to get it to work properly as it doesn't like displaying results in a frame.
I have to get it to open in a new window/tab to display the results.
Short on time right now, but ill get back to it.
Thanks again.

Re: RTCM Site Search
Sorry. I edit my last post and add target="_blank" to open search result in a new window.Corvin wrote:I'll have to look up out to get it to work properly as it doesn't like displaying results in a frame.

Edit: Updated code again to make it look more neat (increased field size, reaarranged text, centered, etc.).

Re: RTCM Site Search
One remark about site search: I read latest news on the RTCM main page and want to see what you change in the search page... yeah, that's the problem - I didn't know where it is. Well I remember that this forum topic has a link to it, but I try to imagine myself as a newbie who just opened your site and want to search for something.
So my suggestion - maybe it's worth to change "Help" in the navigation menu to "Help & Site Search" or "Help (with site search)" or something similar so anyone who wants to search something will exactly know where to go? Or move out site search to separate page and add it to the menu as separate link? I don't know how to do it better, but "site search" needs to be mentioned as words somewhere in the site navigation menu or it's will be hard to find it.

I meant to have done that before, I guess I strayed from it and forgot.
Thanks for the feedback.
